Up to 1975 he dealt in making of giant-posters together with Manolis
Panagiotopoulos.

At the same time he deals in the scene painting and collaborates with Mario Angelopoulos, Vasi Vassiliadis , Vangeli Panagiotopoulos and
Anemogiannis.

In 1975 he left Athens and settled in Delphi. There he established his workshop and in addition to the oil and water-colour , he worked out and processed the Greek pot not only in appearance, but in material as well.

In 1980 the material of the Greek pot began to reveal its secrets and the first positive samples of Greek pots made their presence felt.

In 1986 , he left Delphi and moved to Athens where he established new
Workshops for plastic arts and pottery.

Works of Dimitri Stathopoulos are found in private collections, in museums of Europe and USA.
